We run Poo Patrol in Iowa (the-poo-patrol.com). Link founded the company in 2024, and in spring 2025 we went from 70 customers in January to 470 in May.
In January, Link has one tech and one truck, and singlehandedly onboarded over 200 clients in 2 months before I joined as a co-owner and helped finish out spring rush (Link was burnt out lol).
During that spring, the majority of our new customers came from Facebook ads. In full transparency, we were using one of the basic ads management services. Although to be fair, much of our growth occurred due to interventions we made within the account of our own accord. Even then, we sensed that there had to be more to quality ads management than what we were seeing. We just literally didn't have time.
Once spring rush died down and we had the breathing room, we "looked under the hood" more and realized just how little was being done within our account. We began running our own ads, and have since added another 160+ clients in the so called "off season" (June 1st - Dec 1st of 2025, as of writing this).
We've always been passionate about helping others grow their businesses, and already routinely assisted a number of folks in our network with general business issues: anything from hiring to CRM setup.

We'd rather do quality work and invest in our reputation for the long term than get a quick paycheck. Our pricing structure is emblematic of that mindset. There too, we put your growth first and take our cut later.

Why do we charge a start up fee?
(1) It allows us to put the needed work into your accounts and business before ever turning on an ad.
(2) We already shoulder the vast majority of the risk with our commission only pricing, and that model is only profitable for us if our partners are actually committed to growing rather than just "trying us out" as a free option. A start up fee that mutual commitment.
The level of start up fee varies by tier but is very affordable. Our entire model is based on letting you spend more on ad spend, and a huge start up fee would not be consistent with that!
That particular metric has a lot of variance. The number of customers someone gets will vary by ad spend, seasonality, and market.
In the past, we have guaranteed a certain number of customers at a certain CAC, and we are open to doing so on a case by case basis, especially during spring rush.
Link ran a $3 million/year media and marketing subsidiary of Black Rifle Coffee, and has run Google ads for home service businesses for over 10 years.
Matt spent last year running and creating content for several Tiktok and Youtube shorts channels across a variety of niches.
